Adding a Workers' Comp Policy (Non-PayGo)

If a client would like to have a workers' comp entered into the application for record keeping and reporting purposes, they can! If they are not using our PayGo service, then CertiPay Online will not send premiums and/or reporting to the client's carrier. CertiPay Online can keep the policy's information and record the class codes on the employee profiles.

Here are the steps to add the policy within the application:

1. Request a copy of the client's Workers' Comp Declaration Page

2. Go to Admin in the left navigation bar then Features

3. Select the check box next to Workers' Compensation Module Enabled

The client will need to be notified that the policy has been created within the system. The client will need to add the class codes to the employee profiles. If they are unsure of which codes to use, they will need to reach out to their agency for them to advise.
